That is the only contact address for this site. There is no phone number and no postal address — Jack & Torque is a publisher rather than a storefront, and we would rather say that than list something that does not exist.
What we answer, and roughly how quickly
- Corrections and specification challenges — read first. If we have cited a figure wrongly, we want to know, and the editorial policy commits us to a visible dated correction rather than a silent edit.
- Questions about a product we cover — happy to help where we can, within the limits of what we actually know. We have not tested these tools, so we cannot tell you how one feels in the hand.
- Suggestions for pages — genuinely useful. If a question comes up more than once it usually becomes a page or an FAQ entry.
Brands and PR
We do not accept payment for placement, sponsored posts, guest posts or link insertions, and we do not publish press releases. If you are a manufacturer and a specification we have cited about your product is wrong or out of date, please tell us — that email gets priority.
We have never requested or accepted a product sample. If that ever changes, the page concerned will say so plainly at the top.
